Total pay is as the Summary Compensation Table states it; actually paid revalues the year’s share awards
at its end, as the SEC’s pay-versus-performance rule asks. $100 invested is what $100 in the company’s
shares at the start of the earliest year shown was worth at each year’s end.
Ownership is the proxy’s own table: the directors and officers as a group, and every holder of 5% or more.

StoneX Group runs a financial services network connecting businesses, institutions and individual investors to financial and physical markets. Its services span a transaction’s life: helping clients understand markets and manage risk, executing trades, and handling clearing, custody and settlement afterward. Philip Smith is chief executive officer.
A commercial client, such as a producer or a company buying commodities, can use StoneX to manage exposure to changes in commodity prices, foreign exchange rates or interest rates. StoneX also buys and sells physical commodities, including precious metals and agricultural products, and can combine a physical contract with a hedge against price movements.
