Business profile

Updated

Airbnb is a San Francisco-based travel-services company led by Chief Executive Officer Brian Chesky. It operates a global online marketplace that connects guests with hosts offering places to stay, experiences and services in more than 220 countries and regions. Its principal customers are guests seeking accommodation or travel-related activities, and hosts that list homes, hotels, experiences or services.

The marketplace is two-sided. Hosts can create and manage listings, set availability and prices, receive bookings and payments, and use tools for scheduling, merchandising, reviews, pricing and guest communication. The Co-Host Network connects prospective or existing hosts with experienced hosts that can help set up and manage a listing.
