Business profile

Updated

Terreno Realty is an internally managed real estate investment trust, or REIT, that acquires, owns and operates industrial properties. It leases buildings and land to businesses needing space for distribution, industrial activity and outdoor storage. Some properties accommodate a single tenant; others can be shared by multiple tenants.

Its properties include warehouses and distribution facilities, flex buildings, truck terminals and improved land. Warehouses generally have loading doors and truck courts for distribution. Flex buildings can combine office space with warehouse or manufacturing activity. Transshipment facilities serve truck movements, while improved land can be used for outdoor storage and vehicle parking.
