Business profile

Updated

Liberty Live Holdings owns QuintEvents, a business that sells premium experiences at sports and entertainment events, and a minority stake in Live Nation Entertainment. It also owns interests in private assets and holds corporate cash and debt obligations. At December 31, 2025, Liberty Live owned approximately 30% of Live Nation, which is accounted for as an equity-method investment rather than as a consolidated subsidiary.

Quint packages event tickets with hospitality and other services for individual consumers and corporate clients. A package can include premium seating, a suite experience, transportation, hotel accommodation, concierge services or activities at and away from an event. Quint obtains rights from leagues, teams, promoters and other event organizers, then designs and sells the packages and arranges the services customers receive.

Total pay is as the Summary Compensation Table states it; actually paid revalues the year’s share awards at its end, as the SEC’s pay-versus-performance rule asks. $100 invested is what $100 in the company’s shares at the start of the earliest year shown was worth at each year’s end.
