Cayson Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: CAPN) has entered into a definitive Merger Agreement with Mango Financial Limited, a licensed investment bank in Hong Kong. Following the merger, Cayson will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Mango Group, which will be publicly listed on Nasdaq.
