Vogenx, Inc. appointed Ken Toombs to its board of directors as an independent director and chair of the Audit Committee, effective Sept. 21, 2026. Toombs, a 30-year veteran of global professional services, most recently led PA Consulting as CEO (Americas since 2018; global responsibility for healthcare, life sciences and energy/utilities; board member; CEO since October 2020). He previously led Infosys Consulting globally, served as Deputy CEO of Capgemini Consulting and CEO of Capgemini North America, and held senior roles at PwC and IBM.
