In Asia, markets remain dynamic, with weakmixed macro-economic conditions driving soft demand in China balanced by stronger demand in across the rest of Asiaregion. Transport refrigeration markets continue to experience softweaker demand, particularly in the United States. Residential markets in the United States continue have weakened considerably throughout 2025 due to progress through the navigating a regulatory refrigerant transition, softer consumer demand and elevated channel inventory, while uncertainties remain from economic risks and higher interest rates.
