Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (“Parent”) is a Maryland corporation that invests in healthcare-related real estate properties located in the United States (“U.S.”)
and, the United Kingdom (“U.K.”) and Canada, which investments comprise our one reportable segment. Omega became a publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1992.
