  1. Modified · merged · Overview of Consolidated Results for the three months ended September 30, 2026 and 2025

For the three months ended JuneSeptember 30, 2026, Mosaic incurred a net loss of $272.872.1 million, or $(0.860.23) per diluted share, compared to net income of $410.7411.4 million, or $1.29 per diluted share, for the same period last year. Gross margin for the current year period was unfavorably impacted by higher raw material and input costs, as well as reduced sales volumes, driven largely by increased sulfur prices and supply constraints in the current period as discussed further below. Unfavorable impacts to net income were partially offset by an unrealized mark-to-market gain of approximately $38.0 million on the investment in Ma’aden shares, included in other income (expense) and a foreign currency transaction gain of $38.3 million.
