    As of December 31, 20242025, we offered skilled nursing, senior living and rehabilitative care services through 327373 skilled nursing and senior living facilities. Of the 327373 facilities, we operated 231operate 253 facilities under long-term lease arrangements and have options to purchase 128 of those 231253 facilities. Our real estate portfolio consists of 129158 owned real estate properties, which included 96includes 120 facilities operated and managed by us, 3338 operations leased to and operated by third-party operators, and the Service Center's California location.
