    For the quarter ended JuneSeptember 30, 2026, operating income was $547.3545.8 million, or 10.69.8% of revenues, establishing new records for the Company with respect to a secondthird quarter. This compares to operating income of $415.2405.7 million, or 9.69.4% of revenues, for the quarter ended JuneSeptember 30, 2025. Our operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 included a $34.0 million non-cash impairment charge associated with certain identifiable intangible assets within our United States building services segment. Excluding the impact of such impairment, operating income and operating margin increased by $174.1 million and 110 basis points, respectively. As described in further detail below, in addition to the impact of the revenue growth we experienced in the quarter, our operating performance benefited from an increase in consolidated gross profit margin as well as a reduction in the ratio of selling, general and administrative expenses to revenues. Operating income for the quarter ended JuneSeptember 30, 2026 included incremental acquisition contribution of $13.921.0 million, net of amortization expense attributable to identifiable intangible assets of $5.614.4 million.
