What management said on the call

CEO Neil Kumar said Attruby’s growth was predominantly coming from patients starting treatment in the first-line setting. He said BridgeBio planned to broaden its outreach to physicians who had not yet prescribed the drug, including lower-volume and non-cardiology specialists. Chief Business Officer Chinmay Shukla said expanding that prescriber base could be a source of future U.S. growth.

Chief Commercial Officer Matthew Outten said Attruby’s gross-to-net pricing had remained stable and that the number of new prescribers using it first-line continued to grow each quarter. Asked about a proposed change affecting drug pricing, he said its final form was uncertain and that it would affect Part B medicines, not Part D medicines such as Attruby.

Kumar said Beyonttra was the leading brand in Europe. He also said BridgeBio could not yet quantify Attruby’s new-prescription share on the call because it had not seen a competitor’s quarterly figures. CFO Thomas Trimarchi attributed the improvement in the operating result to Attruby revenue, Beyonttra royalties and the one-time milestone, partly offset by increased operating expenses. He said launch-related expenses had been affected by timing and would catch up in the fourth quarter.

On the pipeline, Kumar said BridgeBio had identified patients for BBP-418 and was preparing for a potential launch in limb-girdle muscular dystrophy, subject to approval. Neuromuscular franchise leader Anna Wade said the company expected to reach the identified patient pool by the third year of launch and would provide more quantitative launch metrics later.

Asked about a citizen petition concerning infigratinib, program leader Justin To said BridgeBio did not expect it to affect the review timeline or label. Kumar said the company had also started a registrational study of encaleret in chronic hypoparathyroidism, beyond its application for ADH1.

Guidance

BridgeBio expects Attruby revenue to increase sequentially by $25.0 million to $30.0 million in Q4 FY2026. Trimarchi said operating expenses would catch up in the fourth quarter, followed by more modest steady growth and improvement in the operating line in the following year and beyond.
