    In July 2025, Evergy Kansas Central, the KCC staff and other intervenors in the case reached a unanimous settlement agreement to settle all outstanding issues in the case. The unanimous settlement provides for an increase to retail revenues of $128.0 million after rebasing property tax expense and not including costs recoverable through KCC-approved riders for Evergy Kansas Central.
