  1. Modified · Business Environment

The operating environment for commercial real estate continued to recoverhas improved considerably in the first half of 2025. This wasis evident in notably strong occupier demand for office space in most parts of the world, data center and industrial leases, particularly in the U.S. Real estate sales and financing activity also continued to rebound strongly. Demand, as well as increased real estate sales activity. Large occupiers’ growing appetite for facilities and project management outsourcing services remained underpinned by large occupiers’ growing appetite for outsourcing real estate services. Concerns over rapidly changing underpins demand for facilities management and project management work. We continue to monitor the potential impact of U.S. trade policy and, including higher tariffs have not yet materially affected real estate transaction activity. However, but to date, we continue to monitor their potential impacts have not seen a material effect on investor and occupier sentiment as well as capital deployment andor real estate occupancy decisions.
