  1. Modified · Business Summary

In February 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act ("IEEPA") were unauthorized. We were the importer of record for certain products previously subject to IEEPA tariffs. In March 2026, the U.S. Court of International Trade ordered U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refund IEEPA tariffs collected; however, the refund process and timing remain uncertain, and the order may be subject to further government action or challengepreviously collected. Accordingly, as As of March 31June 30, 2026, we have not recorded any benefit related to potential refunds of IEEPA tariffs paid, as such amounts were not considered probable and reasonably estimable.
