Enterprise Value
Enterprise Value tells an investor what a whole company is worth to all who fund it, counting its debt and cash alongside its shares.
How it is calculated
(Stock Price (latest close) × Shares (Basic, Weighted) (latest quarter)) + (Long Term Debt (Total) (latest quarter) + Current Part of Debt (latest quarter)) − Cash & Short Term Investments (latest quarter)
Today’s figure, from the latest stock price and the latest quarter’s share count, debt and cash; a missing debt or cash figure counts as 0, as in the enterprise value ratios.
