  1. Added · Overview

In our North America segment, sales increased three percent in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter last year. This increase was driven by the incremental sales from the 2026 acquisition of Leonard Valve, a 13 percent increase in boiler sales, and the benefits of pricing actions, which were partially offset by a one percent decline in water heater sales. In our Rest of World segment, sales decreased seven percent in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter last year. This decrease was due to lower sales in China, which was partially offset by favorable foreign currency translation impact primarily related to China. In local currency, China sales decreased 17 percent due to continued weak consumer demand, as well as disruption to the business related to the recently concluded strategic assessment.
